Vishali’s yoga journey began in her childhood in India, where she immersed herself in the spiritual essence of yoga. With advanced training in traditional Hatha Yoga in India and Vinyasa-style yoga in the United States, she brings over 16 years of teaching experience to her practice.
Vishali’s unique approach combines the physical, meditative, and philosophical aspects of yoga, creating a transformative experience for students of all levels. Her specialties include yoga for back care, restorative yoga, somatic yoga, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices. Drawing on the wisdom traditions of Yoga, Buddhism, and Sanskrit teachings, as well as modern mindfulness practices, she offers practical tools for cultivating presence, self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace.
